12:15 - 1:00: Valentina Garcia-Montaño of Saturn Club & Che Garcia Chimichurri demonstrates how to make Choripan, a popular street food in Cordoba, Argentina where she’s from
1:15 - 2:00: Farm Tour with Missy Singer DuMars, owner of Crown Hill Farm
2:15-3:00: Chef Jessica Arends of Cornelia @ AKG teaches us how easy it is to home-make Ricotta Cheese and use it for a seasonal tartine.
3:15 - 4:00: Bari Zeiger & Keri Kimball of Healing Poem Farm & Heartstone Organic Farm will teach us how to make low-cost garden amendments at home.
