2025 Farm-to-Table Chef Dinners

  • Crown Hill Farm 9411 Sandrock Rd. Eden United States (map)

Join us on the farm this summer for a one-of-a-kind dining experience — a celebration of food, land, and community.

Featuring our stellar Chefs…

  • 6/29: Chef Valentina Garcia Montano of Saturn Club, for an Argentinian-inspired meal cooked for your Fireside

  • 7/13: Andrew Galarneau & Mike Parkot, for “The Farmer & The Critic” — a one-night-only collaboration that flips the script: the critic cooks, the farmer plates, and you get to review the meal.

  • 7/27: Chef Lorinda John, for a Haudenosaunee-inspired meal rooted in story, land, and tradition.

  • 8/3: Chef Jessica Arends of Cornelia at AKG, to an “Eat the Sun” Dinner with optional natural dye experience.

  • 8/24: Chef Adrian Bylewski, for Rooted Sophistication — where wild, foraged finds meet high-end culinary artistry in every course.

  • 8/31: Chefs Zach & JB of The Bloom & Rose for a Medieval Feast inspired by the spirit of a banquet — hearty, communal, and full of flavor.

  • 9/7: Chef Camille Le Caer for “La Terre et le Temps” — a dinner that tells the story of the land through time with pickled, aged, and slow-roasted flavors.

Imagine…

A long, beautifully set table stretching through the open air, adorned with fresh blooms and vintage dishware. The scent of just-harvested herbs mingles with the warm notes of a carefully prepared first course. Glasses clink as wine is poured — selections curated from Chateau Niagara, one of New York’s pioneering sustainable wineries.

At Crown Hill Farm, our Farm-to-Table Dinner Series invites celebrated local chefs to step beyond their kitchens and into the fields. Each dinner is a creative playground, where chefs stretch their imagination, inspired by the freshest ingredients harvested straight from the farm and regional food partners.

Before the meal begins, you are invited on a guided tour of the farm. Wander through heirloom vegetable beds, meet the heritage breed sheep and poultry, and learn about the mindful practices that are every part of this special spot.

As the sun softens and the courses begin to arrive, you'll be treated to a multi-course seasonal menu — vibrant, soulful, and full of surprise.

It’s not every day you dine in conversation with the person who created your meal. With each course, you’ll share a moment of connection with the chef, hearing firsthand the inspiration and ingredients that shaped what’s on your plate.

Live music and thoughtfully paired wines complete the experience, cultivating a deep sense of connection: to the land, the food, the maker, and each other.

This isn’t just dinner. It’s an experience of being in relationship — with the place your food comes from, the people who grow and craft it, and the community who gathers to enjoy it.
