This Border Leicester Wool is spun at Blue Mountain Farm & Fiber Mill with a mix of Crown Hill Farm’s fibers from our mindfully-raised sheep — Sarah, Abraham, Lily, Ruth & Isaac and some dark Border Leicester fleece gifted to me.
This 3-ply is twisted from 1-ply white and 2-ply dark wool. I've dyed these skeins with colors from our natural dye gardens and foraged on Crown Hill Farm property.
Twisted Spring Variations is our same Spring Variations green in the twist. I've dyed these skeins with colors from our natural dye gardens and foraged on Crown Hill Farm property. The Spring Variations is made from marigold flowers and saved onion skins modified with iron.
Due to the nature of natural dye, there may be slight variations in color throughout each skein.
