This Border Leicester Wool is spun at Three Points Fiber Mill with only Crown Hill Farm’s fibers from our mindfully-raised sheep, Lily.
I've dyed these skeins with colors from our natural dye gardens and foraged on Crown Hill Farm property. Bluejay Fancy is a lovely gradation from a dark to lighter blue all hand dyed with indigo. The change in saturation of blue comes from multiple dips into the vat.
Due to the nature of natural dye and hand-made nature of each individual skein, there may be slight variations in color throughout each skein.
Everything from Crown Hill Farm are Heirloom varieties and Heritage breeds, sustainably and mindfully grown with respect to land, plants, animals and soil.
