Learn about how they’re at the hub of building food community both in the city and in support of area farms like Crown Hill.
After touring the Mushroom Farm, we’ll go into the garden-way for dinner. With a love of foraged and wild foods, a care for supporting local sustainable farms and his unique eye for creating beautiful dishes, Chef Adrian Bylewski brings us on a journey with his dishes through Crown Hill Farm’s gardens and our regional mushrooms.
Sit down and prepare for your senses to be delighted with early fall and wild-foraged flavors, beautifully presented to you in a multi-course dinner. Enjoy a bit of the farm-life atmosphere as Missy Singer DuMars shares about each dish and how it brings Crown Hill Farm to life on your plate.
Learn about heirloom and heritage foods grown there and what is fresh and in season at this time of the year. Discover how the market gardens are tended with no-till/low-till practices to preserve soil and support delicious, nutrient-rich foods.
Sit down and enjoy a beautiful meal prepared by Chef Adrian Bylewski of Buffalo Chophouse who brings us his passion for mushrooms and wild foraging to give you the pleasure of eating a meal straight from the farm and woods.
